Human body is naturally pulsating organism. Our nervous system plays significant role for overall internal harmony and with accumulated stress, pulsation in our body reduces. We can experience life-less body areas, pain, feelings of

‘being on edge’ , compromised memory and thinking ability, blocked emotions, withdrawal, lack of interest in social interaction and multiple health issues related to low immunity, disturbed digestion, auto-immune deceases etc. Our natural need and want to enjoy life, enjoy others and enjoy ourselves over time reduces.

TRE® includes a series of leg exercises that initiate body’s natural shaking mechanism.

​

The shaking mechanism exists in all mammals included humans therefore TRE® isn’t a new method or a therapy, it simply show us what it truly means to be human. The session doesn’t require talking about any event we experienced in the past so therefore it overcomes the language barriers and stress related to repeating our story.

Vagus Nerve Toning

With self-induced tremors and vibrations of TRE, the Vagus Nerve can be gently stimulated and toned, promoting a state of relaxation and regulation of stress responses.

A minimum booking of 3 sessions with me are necessary for the student

to continue independently their shaking process.

A minimum 3 sessions will be necessary for the client to book 'intermediate student' .
